Spinosaurus aegyptiacus II

Those of you who have me on Facebook will know I recently said my art teacher was letting me use Photoshop to colour one of my pieces. I chose my Spinosaurus piece because, 1) it had no shading and was already inked and 2) because I had it with me at the time. So, here's my first try at Photoshop. I didn't do a complicated background with lots of detail because this was already cutting time out of our portrait project, so I just went with a gradient. Apparently some of the blue crept in on some parts, but oh well. I'm pretty satisfied with it. This was slightly (read as: barely) based on Goliath herons, with patterns for sail and throat pouch off green anoles.
