One Gryposaurus rants the other about pronated hands. This is a cartoon, so not everything will be perfectly anatomically accurate.

Based on new study that hadrosaurs didn't have pronated hands.

Makes much more sense actually, not just with dinosaurs being bad at pronating in general but with the thumb spikes. On a pronated hand a defensive spike would have to be positioned more like a raptor's second toe, or a sauropod's claw.
