Description
The Horned Devil (Beelzebufo ampinga) began to feel her hunger slated as she feasted on a young Rahona (Rahonavis ostromi) chick, which had plummeted from its nest in the trees above to the forest floor. But unfortunately, he let his guard down, enabling a madtsoiid snake called the Burrowing False Python (Menarana nosymena) to strike, and now she faces being part of the menu herself.
Little something to turn the tables on the Beelzebufo eating dinosaurs trope (though its still presented here) in that now at least Beelzebufo is being eaten too. The Beelzebufo here is a little on the small size, but they seemed to have vary in size in adulthood anyways. Menarana was a snake about 8ft long that lived in the same area, and appears to have been a somewhat weak burrower. Therefore, the Menarana shown is striking out from its burrow, though its possible that they could have also taken over the abandoned burrows of other animals.
