Description
Couldn't help draw in Thomas Holtz's allegory to small theropods as coyotes and jackals for the title of this one. And from far away, an alvarezsaur could possibly look like a roadrunner. Featured species are Temorty's Raptor (Acheroraptor temortyorum) chasing an American Parvicursor ("Ornithomimus" minutus). Rather proud of the wings on the Acheroraptor.

Funny, Dinosaur Planet made that comparison with Orodromeus and Stenonychosaurus.
Personally, I always envisioned a Struthiomimus/Ornithomimus and Stenonychosaurus/Latenivenatrix as the ideal roadrunner and coyote dino analogy. One's fast, the other is wily. And let's face it, Looney Tune's Roadrunner is an ostrich in everything but name.
